Data Security

1. Security Approach

We design Sayform with security in mind. This page describes the practices we use to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, but we continuously improve safeguards and monitoring.

2. Encryption

  • In transit: traffic is protected using HTTPS/TLS where supported.
  • At rest: data is stored using managed database/storage systems that provide encryption-at-rest capabilities.

3. Access Controls

  • Authentication is required for protected areas of the product.
  • Role- and policy-based restrictions help prevent unauthorized access to data.
  • Administrative access is limited to authorized personnel.

4. Operational Security

  • Monitoring and alerting to detect suspicious activity and reliability issues.
  • Regular dependency updates to address known vulnerabilities.
  • Backups and disaster recovery practices appropriate for service continuity.

5. Data Minimization

We aim to collect and retain only what is needed to provide the service. You control what you put into forms and what you collect from respondents.

6. Incident Response

If we identify a security incident impacting data, we work to contain it, investigate root cause, and notify affected users where appropriate.

7. Contact
